Meta Automator – Auto Meta Bulk AI Image & Video Generator (“Meta Automator”, “the extension”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the extension handles, why it is needed, how it is used and the choices available to users.
By installing or using Meta Automator, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose of the Extension
Meta Automator helps users automate prompt submission and manage bulk image and video generation on Meta AI. It provides a Chrome side panel for managing prompts, task queues, generation settings and selected media downloads.
The extension also allows users to organize downloaded images and videos using custom folder names and ascending or descending file numbering.
2. Information We Handle
Depending on the features you use, Meta Automator may handle the following information:
Personal Information
When you sign in using Google, the extension may receive:
Your name
Your email address
Your Google account identifier
Your profile image
This information is used to authenticate your account, manage access to the extension and maintain your extension profile.
Authentication Information
The extension uses Google authentication and Firebase Authentication to securely sign users in. Authentication tokens may be processed to complete the sign-in process.
Meta Automator does not collect or store your Google password.
Prompts and Website Content
The extension processes prompts that you enter and submits them to Meta AI when you start an automation task.
To provide its core functionality, the extension may read and interact with content displayed on Meta AI including:
User-provided prompts
AI-generated responses
Generated images and videos
Generation status and progress
Media URLs required for downloading selected content
Prompts, task information and Meta AI results may be processed locally within your browser. User prompts are transmitted to Meta AI only when required to perform the action requested by the user.
Meta Automator does not use prompts or generated content for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Task Queue and Extension Settings
The extension may store the following information locally through Chrome Storage, local browser storage or IndexedDB:
Prompt task queues
Image and video generation settings
Download preferences
Custom folder names
File numbering preferences
Theme preferences
Automation progress
Temporary authentication state
Review prompt preferences
This information allows the extension to remember your settings and continue user-requested tasks.
Session and Device Information
For account security, session management and service reliability, the extension may process:
Extension version
Browser name and version
Operating system or platform
Timezone and browser language
Screen resolution

Login time and last activity time
Automation running status
Account plan and usage entitlement
Some of this information may be stored securely in Firebase or Firestore for session control, account access and service reliability.
Download Information
When you download selected media, the extension processes:
The image or video URL
The requested filename
The selected folder name
The chosen numbering order
Download status
Downloads are performed through Chrome’s downloads system and saved to the user’s device. We do not collect copies of downloaded media for advertising or resale.

Information handled by Meta Automator is used only to:

Submit prompts to Meta AI at the user’s request

4. Chrome Permissions
Meta Automator may request the following Chrome permissions:
activeTab
Used to interact with the active Meta AI tab after the user opens or starts the extension.
storage
Used to save extension settings, task queues, download preferences, authentication state and automation progress.
sidePanel
Used to display the extension’s main interface beside the Meta AI website.
identity
Used to support user-requested Google sign-in.
tabs
Used to locate, open, update or reload Meta AI tabs required for user-initiated automation.
scripting
Used to run packaged extension scripts on Meta AI pages for prompt submission, progress monitoring and generated-content handling.
downloads
Used to download images and videos selected by the user with custom filenames, folders and numbering preferences.
offscreen
Used to support packaged Firebase and Firestore operations when the extension side panel is closed.
Host Permissions
Host access is used to interact with Meta AI and access generated media resources that may be delivered through Meta or related content-delivery addresses.
These permissions are used only for the extension’s disclosed and user-facing functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
Meta Automator may interact with the following third-party services:
Google Authentication
Google authentication is used when a user chooses to sign in with a Google account. Google processes information according to the Google Privacy Policy.
Firebase and Firestore
Firebase Authentication and Firestore may be used for authentication, account management, session control and usage entitlement. Firebase services are provided by Google and are governed by Google’s applicable privacy terms.
Meta AI
User prompts are submitted to Meta AI when the user starts an automation task. Meta AI may process prompts, generated content and related information according to Meta’s own privacy policies and terms.
Meta Automator is an independent browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc.
6. Data Sharing and Transfer
We do not sell, rent or trade user data.
User information may be transferred only:
When necessary to provide the extension’s disclosed functionality
To service providers such as Google Firebase that support authentication and account operations
To Meta AI when the user requests prompt submission or content generation
When required by applicable law
When necessary to investigate fraud, misuse or security threats
As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets where legally permitted
We do not transfer user data for personalized advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.
7. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Meta Automator’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.
Information received through Google authentication is used only to provide and maintain the extension’s user-facing authentication and account features.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.
Data transmitted to supported external services is sent through secure HTTPS connections. Authentication and account information is processed through established services such as Google Authentication and Firebase.
However, no internet-based service or storage system can guarantee complete security.
9. Data Retention
Locally stored settings and task information remain on the user’s device until the user clears the extension’s data or uninstalls the extension.
Account, authentication, subscription and session information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Users may request deletion of account-related information by contacting us at the email address provided below.
10. User Choices and Rights
Users may:
Stop an automation task at any time
Remove tasks from the task queue
Clear locally stored extension information
Sign out of their account
Disable or uninstall the extension
Revoke Google account access through their Google Account settings
Request access to or deletion of account information held by us
Uninstalling the extension removes extension data stored locally by Chrome. Information stored in an external account system may require a separate deletion request.
11. Children’s Privacy
Meta Automator is not directed to children under the age required to provide valid consent in their country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the extension, contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
12. Limited Use of User Data
Meta Automator uses user data only to provide or improve its single purpose and user-facing features.
We do not:
Sell user data
Use user data for personalized advertising
Use user data for unrelated profiling
Use user data to determine creditworthiness
Transfer user data for lending purposes
Allow humans to read private user content except with the user’s explicit consent, when necessary for security or when required by law
